To start a return, you can contact us at pizzaspachy@outlook.com.Once the payment has been verified and validated, the restaurant attached to the online store will proceed to deliver the service and / or product, providing the necessary data for delivery, in accordance with your order. 

The restaurant data is available to the User on the page.

The User is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address of the order. In case of incorrectly indicating the address, Pizzas Pachy will try to contact the User and solve the error but declines all responsibility derived from these errors on the part of the User.
The delivery period, which in any case will be indicative, will be indicated at the time of ordering. Pizzas Pachy is not responsible for delays caused by causes beyond its control.

The User must check the products received in the presence of the delivery personnel to verify their integrity and condition to give their agreement. In case of non-conformity with the product received, the user must notify the delivery staff and they will give them the option of returning the amount of the product or processing the order for the same product after receiving the product in the delivery conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale of gift.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
